OAKLAND — A city resident who allegedly crashed a stolen Lexus into two other vehicles, killing a man and woman in their 60s, has been charged with six felonies, court records show.Patrick Nickerson, 25, of Oakland, was charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence, as well as reckless driving causing injury, leaving the scene of an accident, and multiple counts of having a stolen vehicle.
